Direct Funding – Podium now funds the vast majority of its leases with internal funds, through investor groups and with funding partners. As a direct lender, we can now move rapidly when the situation warrants doing so. And, unlike "single source" lenders who only work internally, if a deal doesn't fit, we have alternatives through our Syndication Group.
Syndication – Knowing where to go with each deal saves time and results in higher approval percentages. Podium is an approved source with most of the leading providers of lease funding. Our people know who buys what. Furthermore, if the submission comes from Podium, it gets the attention it deserves.
Credit Challenged Lessees – We're the pros here. We've been doing it longer than anyone else. In addition to funding, we are the exclusive agents for a couple of the major investment groups in this market segment but we also have relationships with most of the other players in the niche. One of our sources even offers long term financing with little or nothing down and reduced payments for the first couple of years, a program that lets start up ventures grow without burning through cash early on.
